About Us

In 2019 metaCRE was the result of Tom English joining forces with Jon Jurhs, Courtney Galyan and Michael Cranfill to create a new boutique, client focused, commercial real estate brokerage firm. metaCRE endeavors to “over serve” select clients without all the hassles that large national firms add to brokers that only want to execute on behalf of their clients. We have an active national tenant representation practice, in addition to project leasing and full-service property management. All the principals own commercial real estate and will operate real estate for our clients as if it were their own property.

Our goal is to keep a clean, well-functioning, low-cost, occupied shopping center with focus on tenant retention for the long-term, while creating high returns for the client.

Our Leasing Team has the motivation to lease your remaining vacancies and with existing national and local tenant relationships, will heighten the exposure to your property and available spaces.

metaCRE is focused on retail and can share best practices across the portfolio. Your retail asset will be one of our top priorities and will not be dropped behind large office or industrial projects like the tendencies of the larger full-service firms.
